Nicework Advisory was founded by the team behind Morganco Design Build. Years spent planning and delivering construction created a simple conviction: owners need experienced guidance before drawings are complete, bids arrive, or a lease locks in the wrong assumptions.
We created Nicework as an independent advisory practice for commercial operators, focused on the owner’s decision rather than the next construction contract.

Luke Morgan is the founder of Nicework Advisory and Morganco Design Build, the award-winning design-build firm he established in 2009.
A third-generation builder, licensed general contractor, and certified inspector, Luke has extensive experience across construction, design, estimating, project planning, and company operations. His background gives him an unusual ability to see a potential space from both the owner’s perspective and the builder’s, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost implications before they become expensive commitments.
Luke was named one of Professional Remodeler magazine’s Forty Under 40 and has been recognized among Missouri’s top contractors. Morganco has received multiple consumer-rating and contractor awards, and its work has been featured in Architectural Digest, St. Louis Homes & Lifestyles, The Scout Guide, and other design publications.
Outside of construction, Luke is a pilot and a member of Wish STL, supporting the mission of Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas. He brings the same curiosity, preparation, and attention to detail to every Nicework engagement.
